Single-Acting or Double-Acting Fixture:
1. Remove protective caps from male Quick Disconnects on decoupler. Clean coupling components if necessary.
2. Connect double coupler, with both hydraulic hoses attached, to the Pallet Decoupler. The power unit should be depressurized, with the selector switch in "couple" position, before connection.
3. Turn selector switch to "unclamp" position.
4. After unloading and reloading the fixture, turn selector switch to "clamp" position.
5. After pressure gauge shows proper clamping pressure, turn selector switch to "couple" position.
6. Disconnect double coupler and replace protective caps on male Quick Disconnects. Double coupler can be connected to the optional safety support while not in use.
Fixture with Several Individual Clamping Valves:
1. Remove protective caps from male Quick Disconnects on decoupler. Clean coupling components if necessary.
2. Connect double coupler, with both hydraulic hoses attached, to the Pallet Decoupler (one pressure line and one return-to-reservoir line). The power unit should be in "unclamped" mode (depressurized) before connection.
3. Push power-unit control button to "clamp". The individual clamping valves on the fixture are now operational.
4. Operate individual clamping valves on the fixture independently to remove finished parts and reload.
5. After all new workpieces are clamped, push power-unit control button to "unclamp".
6. Disconnect double coupler and replace protective caps on male Quick Disconnects. Double coupler can be connected to the optional safety support while not in use.
