Gun-Drill Bushings – One-Piece Eldorado Type (GDE)

Gun-Drill Bushings are used on gun-drilling machines, such as Eldorado, Drillmation, DeHoff, and Lahr. These bushings are similar to SF renewable bushings, except reversed, with the drill bearing at the bushing's head end, which contacts the workpiece. Gun-Drill Bushings are available in a choice of one-piece construction (shown here) or two-piece construction. One-piece Gun-Drill Bushings offer maximum accuracy and faster installation. One Gun-Drill Bushing is required for each gun-drill size.

The Eldorado type shown here has a standard 1/16" extension beyond the head, to contact the workpiece. Available in 1" and 1-3/8" OD sizes. To order a specific standard bushing, select the basic part number below and add the desired ID drill size (as a 4-place decimal inch) on the Price & Availability screen. See Technical Information tab for Standard Drill Sizes. Standard prices apply only to bushings with a standard inch, number, letter, or metric ID size within the stated range.
