Air-Feed-Drill Bushings – Coolant Type (24000 Series)

For coolant-inducing air-feed drills, we offer these special shanks, collars, and reducers with internal coolant passages. The coolant-type 24000-series bushings shown here (numbered as 14000 series for coolant type) have 1-1/2"-12 mounting threads. This series is available in seven OD sizes to fit drill diameters from .3125" to .9375". Preferred sizes can be mounted by any method, including the use of Lock Liners, while other sizes have limited mounting options.

All coolant-type bushings are manufactured to order. To order a specific bushing, select the basic part number below and add the desired ID drill size (as a 4-place decimal inch). See Technical Information tab for Standard Drill Sizes.

Application Information

Adaptor-Tip Assemblies are two-piece drill bushings that consist of a precision Shank press-fitted into a threaded Collar.

The coolant-type bushings shown here are for coolant-inducing air-feed drills. All shanks, collars, and reducers have internal coolant passages.

Reamer ID Tolerance (Special):

Reamer bushings have a different ID-tolerance range than drill bushings. To special-order bushings with the reamer ID tolerance shown here, add "-REAMER" to the part number:

Optional Contour Nose

Angular nose on shank is ideal for drilling on sloped or curved surfaces. Available on standard and coolant-type shanks. Add "-C" suffix to part number:
