ROEMHELD vise workholding systems include the MCP series, SCS series, NC series, and ZH series. The MCP series for 5-axis machining includes standard, concentric, and position-flexible workholding vises, which allow unrestricted cutting-tool access for multiple-side machining. The SCS series for 5-axis machining offers a slightly wider design than the MCP series, with a specially designed guideway between the base and moving jaw to allow the use of tall clamping jaws with incredible holding force. The NC series, for CNC machining centers, offers high-precision, high-production machining capabilities with excellent rigidity and durability. The ZH series offers similar high-production capabilities in a concentric vise. A wide range of jaws and accessories are also listed under each vise series. The CARVESMART™ vise jaw system is a complete system of dovetailed quick-change vise jaws available to fit all ROEMHELD NC-series vises and many other brands of production and toolroom vises, allowing custom jaws to be accurately changed in seconds.
